One code, every guest’s phone
Your HostedInvite page includes a QR that opens the public invite URL (or, on Spotlight, you share private links). Guests scan with the camera app—no special app download.
Print the QR on save-the-dates, table cards, posters, or text the link for people who prefer taps over scans.
RSVP and headcount
When someone RSVPs on the page, it shows up in your host dashboard. Export CSV when you’re ready for seating or catering counts.
Spotlight packages add per-guest private links, plus-ones controls, and open tracking so you know who has seen their invite.
Tips that keep response rates high
Put the date and a short “RSVP by” on the page. Share the link more than once. Pair the QR with a short SMS or email that says what the event is—people open invites they recognize.
