What is HostedInvite?
HostedInvite is a done-for-you service. We design and host a custom event invitation page with your details, photos, map, schedule, and RSVP. You pay once, then share one link or QR code with guests—no app required.
How is this different from free DIY invite builders?
DIY tools make you design everything yourself and often keep their branding. We build the page for you as a custom digital service—clear packages (Spark, Glow, Spotlight), included edit rounds, and a host dashboard for RSVPs and photos.
What events do you support?
Any event with a guest list: weddings, birthdays, quinceañeras, reunions, corporate parties, celebrations of life, city events, and more. Packages are defined by features, not event type.
How much does it cost?
Spark is $149, Glow $349, and Spotlight $899 (USD, before tax). Optional add-ons like rush or extra live months are available at checkout. Applicable sales tax may be calculated at payment based on your billing address.
How do guests RSVP?
Guests open your invite link or scan the QR code and fill in the RSVP on the page. You see responses in your host dashboard and can export them. Spotlight adds private per-guest links and open tracking.
What is the difference between public and private invites?
A public page uses one shareable URL for everyone. Private (Spotlight) gives each guest a personal /i/… link that greets them by name and ties RSVP to that invite. You can also list public live events on our Open invites directory.
How long does the page stay live?
Spark 30 days, Glow 90 days, Spotlight 180 days from go-live (extend with add-ons). After that you can archive or ask about extensions.
Where are you based? Do you serve the whole U.S.?
HostedInvite is operated from Weslaco, Texas, and serves customers nationwide online. Work is remote—you book and manage everything through the website and host portal.
