Before you book
Decide ceremony + reception locations, approximate guest count, and whether you need private links (Spotlight) or one public URL (Spark/Glow).
Gather a few favorite photos, dress code notes, and any registry or travel blurb you want on the event page.
While we design
Upload photos in the host hub or email photos@hostedinvite.com. Use Design team chat for wording changes within your included edit rounds.
Preview on your phone. Approve when it feels right—then we go live.
After go-live
Share the link and QR from your host toolkit. Watch RSVPs and export CSV. Update FAQs if plans change. Print table cards from the print pack. Archive when the live window ends or extend if you need more time.
