Before you book
Decide ceremony + reception locations, approximate guest count, and whether you need private links (Spotlight) or one public URL (Spark/Glow).
Gather a few favorite photos, dress code notes, and any registry or travel blurb you want on the page.
While we design
Upload photos in the host portal or email photos@hostedinvite.com. Use Design team chat for wording changes within your included edit rounds.
Preview on your phone. Approve when it feels right—then we go live.
After go-live
Share the link and QR. Watch RSVPs. Update FAQs if plans change (travel blocks, weather contingency). Archive when the live window ends or extend if you need more time.
